Installed CSA certified ember-resistant vents on all attic and soffit openings with precision sealing to stop wind-driven embers. Cleared and hardscaped the 0–5 ft perimeter and added real-time ember-detection sensors for full-coverage wildfire protection.
At Clear Pond Court, EmberCure conducted a full-scale home hardening retrofit to defend against wind-driven embers. Our crew began by removing existing soffit vents and replacing them with CSA certified, stainless-steel ember-resistant vents, each fitted with to eliminate all potential ember entry points. We then transformed the 0–5 ft perimeter into a non-combustible hardscape—clearing away mulch, dead vegetation, and debris. To provide ongoing protection and peace of mind, we integrated AI-enabled ember-detection sensors that monitor for firebrands in real time and trigger instant alerts via our dashboard. This comprehensive approach ensures that every vulnerable opening is secured and that any ember threats are detected before they can ignite, delivering industry-leading wildfire resilience for this Kelowna home.
